From growing up in the Okanagan I, Jeremy Weiss, was given multiple opportunities to gain experience working with machinery. I have dug and built local mountain bike parks, prepared foundations, along with working pipe line construction. With over 15 years experience, I have acquired many certifications such as receiving my heavy duty equipment operator ticket, completion of the construction safety training system, as well as power line safety awareness and ground disturbance level two.

My father taught me how to work in the field of construction, as he was one of the biggest contractors in Winnipeg, Manitoba. When my family moved to Kelowna he was offered the position to be the super attendant with building high end resorts like Playa Del Sol located across from Hotel Eldorado. after spending many years working alongside with him, I gained knowledge on how to run a business, and I have acquired many skills within the field of construction.
